Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to conduct research and problem-solving skills. 4. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Reliable and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
