Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Aiven is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. This role is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a confident and independent individual with strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving any issues they may have efficiently and effectively - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and solutions - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow up as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures while always striving to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
