Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Spectral Engines, a leading technology company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, motivated, and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and chat - Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges - Conduct research to answer customer questions or provide solutions to problems - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with data entry and maintaining customer records in our CRM system - Work closely with the sales team to provide support and generate leads - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent research skills to find accurate information and solutions for customers - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
