Customer Service Associate

Remedy Entertainment is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placement, shipping inquiries, and product returns. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 4. Time management and strategic planning skills. 5. Experience using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on finding solutions. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
