Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Uponor, a leading provider of plumbing, indoor climate, and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our sales team in delivering the best possible experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
