Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and adaptability, as well as strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Help develop and improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Finnish
