Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Relex Solutions, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to upsell products and services, as well as assist with project management tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Upsell products and services to existing customers - Assist in project management tasks as needed - Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
