Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Infinited Fiber Company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally 2. Manage customer accounts and provide assistance with orders and product information 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. At least 4 years of customer service experience 3. Energetic personality with a resourceful mindset 4. Strong cooperation and leadership skills 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software 8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
