Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate at Inscripta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from around the world. Your main duties will include resolving inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues as needed - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction - Conducting customer research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Ability to conduct research to improve customer service strategies
