Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Associate to join our team at M-Files in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: dedication and drive. Additionally, soft skills such as planning and innovation are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with order processing and product returns - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Experience with technical support is a plus
