Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Inscripta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. This position requires a dedicated and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers 3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns 4. Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipments 5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide superior customer service and support 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively 4. Demonstrated project management skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Dedicated and reliable work ethic
