Job Description:

Metsä Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team in a remote work-from-home position. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Project management and strategic planning skills - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
