Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Lean Entries is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our customer service team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Train and supervise customer service representatives 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Develop strategies to retain and engage customers 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service 8. Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service to our clients


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 2. Proven track record of success in customer service management 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
