Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions - Develop and track key performance indicators for the customer service team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service management software
