Job Description:
M-Files is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Resolve complex customer issues and escalations - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct training and development for customer service staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making - Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
