Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Loupedeck is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and mentor customer service representatives. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues. 7. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the customer service team. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances. 5. Strategic planning and time management abilities. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
