Job Description:
Wolt is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team to provide exceptional service to all customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field - 8+ years of experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in customer service software and tools
