Loupedeck is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality support for our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Oversee the resolution of customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Experience with remote team management is a plus
