Customer Service Manager

Paulig is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.

As the Customer Service Manager at Paulig, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our customer service operations. This includes developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, training and coaching customer service representatives, handling customer inquiries and escalations, analyzing customer feedback and data to make informed decisions, and continuously improving our customer service processes.

To excel in this role, you must be reliable and resilient, with excellent critical thinking and analysis skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing customer service teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
