Job Description:
Glue Collaboration, a dynamic and innovative company located in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking resolution to maintain customer loyalty. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. 6. Utilize customer service software and tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 3. Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. 4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a commitment to upholding high standards of excellence. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and tools, with a knack for analyzing data and identifying trends to drive improvements. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
