Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Huhtamaki is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 4. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Provide product information and recommendations to customers 7. Assist with sales and marketing efforts by promoting products and services 8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English 3. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
