Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Omocom is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Demonstrated innovation and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
