Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a confident and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries and issues. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations and maintain professionalism at all times. 6. Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance the customer service experience and drive customer engagement.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence and passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
