Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Officer in Turku, Finland. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer software and systems
