Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Nightingale Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Leading and presenting customer service initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
