Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Managing customer accounts, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues. 5. Maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the company's values and mission in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 2. Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging situations and difficult customers. 3. Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and guide them to a satisfactory resolution. 4. Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and promote company products and services. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be fluent in Finnish and English.
