Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Kesko in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being confident and energetic. Additionally, you should have soft skills in negotiation and innovation to excel in this position.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat - Process orders and manage customer accounts - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Confidence and energy to handle various customer interactions - Soft skills in negotiation and innovation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
