Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding Oura Ring products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance - Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion soft skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
