Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Kamux is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to work from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses - Assist customers in resolving issues, escalating to management when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to effectively address customer queries and provide solutions - Process orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Document all customer interactions in a thorough and organized manner

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Creativity and analysis as soft skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
