Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resourceful, with strong analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support. 2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
