Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Basware, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, complaints, or require assistance. This position requires a high level of dedication and reliability to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing information to customers about products, services, and company policies. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 3. Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. 6. Must be dedicated and reliable.
