Remote Customer Service Representative

Bittium, a leading technology company specializing in secure communication and connectivity solutions, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Bittium, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, escalations, or issues that customers may have, and it will be your responsibility to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and support to all customers, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
