Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with zero years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers - Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual - Strong persuasion and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
