Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role will require excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general inquiries. 4. Update customer accounts with accurate information and notes after each interaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed specified performance metrics and goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. 3. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 4. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team environment. 7. Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
