Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Neste, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Accurately and efficiently input customer information and transactions into the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must reside in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI
