Customer Service Specialist

Beneq is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolving any customer complaints or issues - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Finnish and English
