Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Uponor, a leading provider of plumbing and indoor climate solutions, is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and features. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary. 4. Process orders and returns accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers. 2. Adaptable to changing customer needs and business priorities. 3. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively. 4. Leadership qualities to take ownership of customer interactions and drive positive outcomes. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Finnish and English. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
