Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Maintain accurate customer records and handle billing inquiries - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and the ability to think innovatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
