Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Metsä Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients across various channels. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, on a part-time basis. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in training new customer service team members. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 8. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers and colleagues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
