Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Nightingale Health is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for passionate individuals who are independent thinkers and have a creative and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong negotiation skills - High school diploma or equivalent
