Rovio Entertainment is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is entry level and looking to gain valuable experience in the online entertainment industry. As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our users, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are happy with our products - Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the appropriate teams within the company - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing them with the necessary information to get started - Help customers navigate our website and mobile apps to enhance their user experience - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Driven and resourceful mindset - Creativity and negotiation skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools
