Remote Customer Success Assistant

Vaisala is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
