As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
