Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Glue Collaboration is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to innovate and negotiate, while also being curious and open to questioning to drive innovation and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat - Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their success with our products and services - Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and address any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and managing time efficiently
