Customer Success Assistant

Job description:

Valmet is looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated, with a creative and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive customer experience - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed - Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
