Remote Customer Success Assistant

UPM-Kymmene is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to improve overall customer experience. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any issues or concerns. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
