Olvi is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent and energetic, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and chat. - Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist in developing customer success strategies and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
