Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Measur, a leading remote work software company based in Helsinki, is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with the opportunity for growth within the company.

As a Customer Success Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our customers in achieving their desired outcomes through the use of our software. This includes providing timely and effective assistance to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers, conducting training sessions, and proactively reaching out to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our product.

In addition to customer support, you will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and working closely with our product development team to implement enhancements based on customer needs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot basic software issues - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools
