Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Assistant at Eve-Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This role will require you to work from home, providing support and assistance to our customers remotely. You will collaborate with colleagues from around the world, fostering a global village mentality and working together to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns. - Engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. - Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage and best practices. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. - Motivated and energetic personality. - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
