Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate at Konecranes in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a part-time associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience - Provide regular updates and reports on customer accounts and activities - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales - Confident and resilient personality, with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations - Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and Finnish is required, additional languages are a plus
