Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at M-Files, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and proactively seeking opportunities to help them maximize the value they receive from our solutions.
Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices and strategies to achieve their goals - Manage onboarding and training processes for new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any technical or operational issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs to track and measure outcomes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers - Adaptable and reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Creative and critical thinking skills to problem-solve and develop innovative solutions for customers
